A Comprehensive Review of the Efficacy and Safety of Dopamine Agonists for Women with Endometriosis-associated Infertility from Inception to July 31, 2022

Background. Current medical management of endometriosis leads to suppression ovulation and will not be helpful for women with who are desirous pregnancy. Thus, drugs that can both treat its associated infertility highly warranted.Objective. Anti-angiogenic agents potential patients infertility. Among these drugs, dopamine agonist (DA) is promising since it does interfere ovulation, safe, teratogenic. The aim the study determine efficacy safety DA improving reproductive outcomes in infertility.Methods. A qualitative narrative review was done from inception July 31, 2022 using appropriate MeSHterms PubMed, Cochrane Database Systematic Reviews, Central Register Controlled Trials,ClinicalTrial.gov, World Health Organization International Clinical Trials Registry Platform.
